★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a lovely night here. The staff are very friendly and whole hotel is beautiful. Bedrooms are very comfortable with lots of extras (sewing kit, iron and board, spare toothbrush, shower cap etc) great location we really enjoyed being able to walk into the city and enjoying art gallery and Tecce exhibit close by. The breakfast provide was very yummy. Great for a new hotel open for just a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The design is sublime and the service and attention couldn't be bettered. It was such a pleasure to come in to the city and stay here for two nights. The staff allowed us to entertain in the Conservatory before walking over to Cellar Door for dinner and the breakfast was smart, refreshing and delicious. We'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An incredible experience. I stayed at this hotel for a work trip. This Hotel is immaculate, the interior designer has focused on every detail of the decor and the furniture. I love it! The colours, paintings and furniture offer a welcoming and warm feeling and also respect the history of the building.
The staff are friendly and helpful,
What I loved about this hotel is the smaller size, it feels intimate and homely as a solo female traveller - I felt safe. The beds and pillows are super comfortable!
The gym facilities include a treadmill, spin bike and a large range of free weights. Centrally Located a 10min walk to the City centre and 10min walk to the Hospital. An unforgettable experience.
Looking forward to staying here again in the near future :-)

Our room was well appointed and the location was perfect to explore the various galleries and restaurants and there are so many in the area.
Highlights:
Loved the lounge as a meeting place and relaxing place
The gym was a surprise and better equipped than most hotels that I've stayed at.
Will be back to stay for the weekend to explore properly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gotta say, I have seen the inside and the rooms and facilities are top notch. So close to alot of culture and history. This isn't a normal hotel. It's definitely different and I will be staying when if opens. Highly recommend this, especially if you don't want a so so stay in Christchurch.
