At least they served food. It was the third cafe we tried in Whanganui, the other two were coffee only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funky cafe and bar in downtown Whanganui. The decor is bright and vibrant. Drinks are (naturally) served in bright orange crockery. I relaxed in a comfy seat with a cheese scone (very salty) and hot chocolate and enjoyed the free wifi. Good service with friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through delivereasy at 11 in the morning and received food at 1pm. Lateness was not due to delivereasy (who called to let us know their driver had been waiting outside for an hour), who went out of their way to make up for the trouble and contact me directly. Food was not worth the price. As someone who works in hospitality I am very disappointed the orange themselves did not make an effort to apologise for waiting 2 hours for a poor 70$ meal of iced coffee and eggs on toast. Simply not good enough, I am understanding that on a busy day service can take longer, but with no compensation or consideration for your customers time or money it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Delivereasy reached out to apologise for the service but it was through not fault of their own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great coffee and service ? also the gluten free scone was first class. I would like to see oat and coconut milk in the options for coffee, there was only dairy soy or almond milk offered none of which I like. Coffee still pretty good, I had almond milk.
