★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless.
If you're a business considering using pbt to deliver your goods, don't. I just actively encouraged the company who I bought my products from to switch due to the absolutely sub-par service.
Hanging on to a package for 3 days at the depot which was perishable food items....
Called FOUR times got told the courier wasn't going to deliver as it wasn't "on their route" and it's rural...
We're NOT rural which I explained multiple times,
We live 20 minutes away from the depot!!
The items were food perishables, again I mentioned this several times saying that they needed to be refrigerated, clearly they didn't care.
They still then hand the parcel over to courier Post to deliver.... Adding two extra day.... So a 24hr package from Wellington has taken 8 days from when it left the base!!
Clearly no repercussions for couriers acting like this and just fobbing off the delivery to another company THREE days after it was put in the depot to be delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't have a good experience. Had to wait over an hour on the phone just to talk to the customer service staff to find out where my parcel was and when I did speak to the CS rep, it wasn't much help. Eventually got my parcels after making few calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Christmas tree from supplier 01/12 who used PBT and package collected same day. Tracking information provided and then it all just stopped... no activity 12 days later...
"customer service" made promises but no action...
ended up picking up a new one from the supplier which took 30mins across Auckland...
How can PBT be so bad?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst delivery company ever, their system will show "goods delivered" but you receive nothing, phone number never worked and email them after 3 hours you noticed your package delivered to a wrong address, then they tell you to retrieve it by yourself because their staff is off duty. Infuriate !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst courier provider in New Zealand. No one replies to emails and the phones never have anyone tending to them. They "ran out of time" to drop off a parcel of mine a week ago and have since not attempted it once, or advised what I need to do. Absolute scam artists, please never use this sham company if you can help it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite so many negative reviews, I had a good experience. My product was shipped on 30th and reached Auckland on the 31st of Dec. It was a piece of luggage I needed for my travel over the week. The service was closed for new years but they responded to my email the first thing on the 5th (8am!) where I was able to explain my situation and urgency. The parcel was delivered by 12:30 pm the same day. I had a good experience.
