★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurants and bars in Te Anau are bloody awesome , and The Ranch Bar And Restaurant is no different . We both grabbed a doggy bag each , the amount of food left over after our meal was enough for the next nights dinner . $18 for a roast lamb dinner is quite uncommon now aday . It was absolutely packed at 6pm, now that speaks volumes about the restaurant . Got a upstairs bar and band on selected dates . I forgot to take photo's night before so next morning was all good .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy we stopped by. Plan to have a bite. Turned out to be great meals. Wonderful and fascinating flavors. From the mussels, loaded chips, venison, blue cod, lamb shanks, and salmon. With home made cheese cake and pecan pie for finale. Mwah!
