★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Redwoods Treewalk in Rotorua is another great experience to enjoy while in the area. The trees themselves are amazing and the elevated walkways are marvelous. At night it transforms into an other worldly experience which my son (12) though was really cool. Definitely worth doing both the day and night visits. Highly recommend, although it can be a bit challenging for those with a severe fear of heights (even though you are quite safe).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Redwoods forest walks need to be experienced. The Redwood trees and punga tracks are amazing and majestic. Great cycle tracks and dog park plus the popular canopy tree walks.
