I would rate this 0 stars if I could. I contacted "Redwoods Under The Sales Venue" in regards to asking for information about having my wedding reception there. The email I received in return was addressed with the wrong name (Ashley), and wrong information. I replied stating the email may have been sent to the wrong person and what i was looking for again. The response I received this time was again, the wrong name (Diane). No apology or even acknowledgment for the first mistake, and was very short handed and rude. I would expect much kinder customer service especially for the high price of this place. I will be calling tomorrow to report this incident. I am extremely disappointed with the way this person acted and spoke to me.
