Sarah sets realistic and achievable goals that have seen me move far beyond what I thought I was capable of. Her balanced approach to nutrition and fitness has given me the energy to achieve more. She never punishes or degrades me for nutritional mistakes, just guides me on how to make better choices.

I need accountability when it comes to training and she has been keeping me on track! The training programmes Sarah tailors for me are varied, so it's great to get something different every session.
