★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to deliver which I had paid for but did not inform they are coming.. I was waiting for long time keeping phone on my hand. They came and left the furniture outside without informing. Not happy with the service they provide. Why they took my number if they don’t want to ring me this is really disgusting I had never experienced before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I came to Hamilton I accidentally only packed one formal shoe. I was pretty horrified as I had a formal dinner later on in the week. I’m very poor and really didn’t want to buy a new pair of shoes. Managed to find a pair at this op shop for $4. Literally saved my life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is a good place to find items. Plenty parking down by Spotlight. Unfortunately, the older lady on Friday afternoon is rather rude by closing the store earlier than the stated time. She will loudly state that store is closed, and proceed to turn off the lights with people inside. Your store states that the closing time on Friday is 4.30pm. Then close at that time! Don't forget that these paying people are giving money to your charity.

Fairly good filter on quality used vs worn out. A lot of brands I would associate with middle aged women like Merric. Changing rooms need new, larger curtains, there were risky peeping gaps either side of the curtain.
Staff were friendly and accommodating since I was wanting to try items on 15 minutes before close. I found it a bit off putting they were locking up 10 minutes before actual closing hours (4.30pm), turning the lights off while I was still at the checkout at 4.20pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store.friendly service.plenty of bargains,and variety of products.reasonably,priced,could furnish your whole house,with good budget.plenty of clothing,shoes,appliances,tools,pots,pans dishes,bedroom,bedding,whitewater.just about anything one needs.parking is great,situated,opp,les-mills in town,not far from London st.great store.
