Every day The Shack opens its doors, we work hard to provide Raglan locals and travellers alike a great place to eat, drink and just be.
Seven days a week on the sunny corner of Bow Street and Wainui Road.
The Shack serves up delicious coffee, satisfying breakfasts and
tasty lunches.
The kitchen team seek out the finest local produce to devise a delicious menu and ever-changing daily specials, while our baristas keep the Rocket coffee kicking.
Our carefully selected list of local beers, wines and ciders are best enjoyed on a lazy afternoon (any afternoon in Raglan will do).
Drop in for a quick delicious takeaway coffee on your way to the beach, or while away your day over brunch with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good friendly service. Ample free parking at front or nearby. Located at the centre of Raglan township which also means the price is towards the high end. Nice tasty food but serving size is smaller compare your normal cafe food, if you are a hungry horse, you will need to order soemthing else other than a main dish. The reason for not rating a 5 Star is due to number of flies in door during our visit. We were seated sitting well inside the premise, not anywhere by the entrance, there were at least 4 flies, which was really annoying and impacted the experiences. Suggest the owner to consider proper Pest Control. Would still recommend others to give this place a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is by far one of my favourite places to eat in raglan. There were vegan options on the menu AND in the cabinet and the hot chocolate is vegan (which is always a bonus). The crispy rice and impossible Kefta was absolutely incredible and they even offered vegan Mayo with the fries which was an added bonus. The staff were lovely and the place was beautiful inside and our.
