Fresh and clean. Friendly staff and LOVELY food. The mango lassi was a winner as well.
So many dining choices in Petone but definitely recommend you add this one to your list to support and try out a new local business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for lunch there, and just a great experience with awesome staff and wonderful food. We asked for our food extra spicy and they certainly delivered, without the heat overwhelming the taste. Everything was fresh and seasoned perfectly. Best kastoori ever. Will definitely return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lucky dhaba has quickly become our new favourite Indian restaurant in Lower Hutt. I don't usually write reviews, but I thought I should make an exception for this restaurant. It is an unassuming , small, no-frills kind of establishment with good honest Indian food that tastes amazing. This restaurant is one among a very rare breed of restaurants in Wellington that captures the authentic Dhaba taste ! Staff are friendly & polite, great location and above all, wonderful authentic north Indian (Dhaba style) food. It is not a fancy establishment.However, if you are looking for good north Indian food in Wellington, this is definitely worth many visits ! We have visited it thrice by now, and ordered different dishes every time, and have been impressed each time. Kudos to the Chef !
