★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever - I was waiting to be served and may as well have been invisible. I was the only customer waiting at the counter and initially the only staff member that was there was on the phone which isn't an issue. A second staff member arrived talking to another customer and again not an issue but then a third staff member showed up then went straight onto the computer. I waited but she continued on the computer with no acknowledgement that I was there. A fourth staff member arrived and proceeded to shuffle paper work at the counter again with no acknowledgement. This was the moment I put the items down that I had wanted to buy and left. Obviously the Petone store makes so much money they can afford to ignore paying customers. I wont be back.
