★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant shop, well stocked with a huge variety of spiritual paraphernalia, clothing, jewellery etc some items you won't find elsewhere. However you flow you'll find something here from Kundalini to Witchery.. The staff are really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and prices are really good.. Never been before but will again soon. Cheers ladies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell a variety of cool stuff in this store but the staff/managers are very rude. They follow you around the store and stare you down like your about to steal something at all times. I've been here 4 times and every time the staff has followed me and my friends around the store. The last time I went they gave us dirty looks when we decided to not buy their crystals in the end. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop has a good range of items however I bought a pair of earring and they broke after 1 week. Of course they refused to exchange but it is understandable but they didn't even feel sorry. The pregnant woman both times have been rude and careless. The only reason why I didn't say anything is because she was pregnant.
Few months ago I went there and the vibes as other reviews stated were bad. The general store lacks of good vibes and good stuff and also I have noticed that they follow customers to see if you shoplift, not me though. Spend your money somewhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager wasn’t personally outright rude to me but she was rushing these 12-13 year old girls who wanted to get some rings, she was saying they were making a mess/taking too long but she had only just taken them out for them to see, and they had no mess in front of them whatsoever. The staff seem friendly but I feel like they have been trained to follow customers around, I felt like I was a thief, always having an eye on me. The staff were friendly and were helpful when I asked but the manager was rude to my friend, whom I went there with. The crystals are overpriced as well. Overall, shopper beware and be cautious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Third Eye is the best place to acquire Asian clothes, metalwork, gemstones, rag rugs and everything else you'd expect in a first quality sustainability store in New Zealand. The manager is an exemplary respector of labour; everything here is not exploitative of young people. All goods are handmade by adult workers.
I've been coming to this wonderful store for years. Sited in one of K Road's best locations this is a store which offers great value and great products.
For instance, the selection of incense here is the most extensive and the best in New Zealand. The metal work is astonishing. Totally recommended!!

Us being people of colour obviously wasn’t a good look to the workers as they were following us around & just watching us like we were going to steal. It made us feel very uncomfortable that we just left. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re a person of colour.
