★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeff is fantastic. We have had him look at three properties for us recently. We have found Jeff’s to be very thorough. He has gone the extra mile and reviewed the properties in great detail, which has been invaluable - especially during lockdown when we have not been able to spend much time at the properties during viewings.
He has spotted damp/moisture issues at one place that we were about to offer on that would have been unsafe for our child.
I will be recommending anyone I know use NZ Housechecks for their inspections.
