Worst dry cleaning shop I ever have seen. When I went their to drop of my jumpers they didn’t told me that if you want to remove stains you have to pay extra. Secondly when I went their to pick up again Now they are telling me new story after payin them extra that it’s not 100% possibility to remove stains and no body mentioned while booking. And then they are saying we are using chemicals if dosent come out still you have to pay but they don’t have any proof that they have used chemicals or just washed and returning back. WORST WORST ????? be care full before you waste your money.

I have been a long time regular customer and I can’t fault the Drycleaning itself and usually the service. But this morning I turned up at 7.25. The doors were shut but two people were inside. One of them saw me, grumpily told me they open at 7.30 am and then turned her back and walked away. I am now a loyal customer of another local drycleaner, where I even got a smile from the friendly staff member.

Bad experience, huge holes left in expensive clothes. Absolutely gutted over damaged designer dress. To their credit, they attempted to repair it, but still is just unwearable. I'd be embarrassed to wear it. Only option is to throw it out or chop it into a skirt. That was my favourite dress... I'm heartbroken over this experience and would not recommend this place or return. I regret coming here- I'd still have an amazing dress to wear. Also had other items dry-cleaned, which turned out OK but not great.

Ruined an expensive silk dress. There were stains all down the back after getting dry cleaned and nothing was said to me when I picked up. When I came back to speak to the manager about it, they just said it happens sometimes and there’s nothing they can do about it. I had been a customer there for over 2 years due to the location but will never return.

Have been a long time customer because of convenient location, despite various incidents - dry cleaning not finished on time; turning up to find some garments still wet when about to fly overseas; and making error by washing and folding clothes rather than dry cleaning but not acknowledging and looking to solve the problem. Previously have spoken with owner who was most obliging and apologetic so I continued to use. This time the lady was so rude and refused chance to talk to owner - so never again. Utter disgrace. There are far better quality operators, I was trying to support local and it has easy parking but that’s not enough to put up with rude staff and poor quality. - thank you for reply. The Manager did not offer to credit the $20, instead saying I needed to pay $20 and then the additional cost of the dry cleaning. The former option would have been acceptable to me but she did NOT offer this. Also, it is hard to understand why someone working at a dry cleaners β€˜assumes’ 4 business shirts and a pair of 100% silk trousers, with a label that says β€˜dry clean only’ would be sent in to put in a washing machine and merely folded......

Convenient because they pick up from work but not the best quality. I sent in 2 coats (one with copper buttons) and 3 pairs of pants and what came back was 2 coats (one missing a belt and now with tarnished silver buttons) and 4 pairs of pants (had been given someone else's pants). Belt was dropped back in Jan once our office reopened after Xmas, only after me calling to follow up where it was. Emailed on 11 December and it's now 15 January and no response to this. The only response they have given is chasing me on 15 Jan for a $5 payment for stain removal which i paid on 11 Jan (with held payment due to a missing belt). Won't be using them again.
