We were mostly left to ourselves and often read the wine bottle labels to find out more about the wines, and weren't given much/if any of an explanation about the wines and flavors, as they were looking after a larger group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place a lot. It's a beautiful old building with a gorgeous interior. The booze selection is extensive and delicious. The staff are awesome, Tigs the Manager is great!
And as a musician that sometimes sings here, they are really good to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my Tony Bish tasting experience. The Bish Chardonnay’s are outstanding and the view through the glass into the barrel room is fantastic. The grass and beanbags outside the front door ensure it’s a relaxing and comfortable place to enjoy a few glasses of vino with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whether you’re a Chardonnay fan or not this is a MUST when in Napier. A great selection of wines and beverages on their list, and the food menu is fantastic. The dumplings were a standout, and we had to order a second serve.
For the Chardonistas, all of Tony Bish’ wines are available by the glass. I had the Zen and it was delicious. Had to pick up a dozen Fat & Sassy while there too…
Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.
