★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store in Browns Bay, friendly staff, always willing to help out. Peter is great at helping you chose a vape juice among the large range the vapeshed supplies, as well as handling any vape issues I've come across.
Love seeing Khar Bluey when visiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE customer service. When I needed a refund due to unforeseen circumstances, their attitude completely flipped on me. Went from happy, polite and with manners turned to rude, blunt behaviour, then took two weeks for a refund, they blamed the bank and their own customer service yet bank says they hadn't even received any money to be cleared by this company. It took me multiple calls for this to be sorted. Wouldn't recommend and definitely won't be!!

I have always enjoyed coming into the Vape Shed and being served by Peter- not only is he a vape guru, but his recommendations are always spot on. Probably the only person I'd trust to sell me vapes now! :)
