About Baby On The Move - Tauranga
I purchased these overalls for my granddaughter who just turned one. They are a perfect fit as you can adjust the straps. They are also easy to pull on & take off & they keep her warm & dry while she plays. The overalls have definitely come in handy when she goes to daycare, she’s free to explore her environment without Mum having to worry about her clothes getting wet & dirty. I intend to buy another pair as she grows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service, owner was knowledgeable about the products. They even installed the car seat immediately and showed me how to install with iso fix fitting and with a seatbelt. Finished off my purchase with a few other bits and pieces from in store. highly recommend and I will personally return next time I’m in Tauranga ?

Turns out this went missing in the post, Michaela called Milkbar and got another breast pump sent out to me directly the next day. Thank you Michaela for being very empathetic, thank you for your brilliant customer service. Very happy customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely shocking.. after no response after a couple of weeks i emailed and the person replied and said that it was on the way...when i got the package a week later after i made contact. it is not an actual nappy bag. Its a backpack with a pull off velcro name badge. Not what i wanted for my son and his first baby. The courier dropped the box off at the door and the box it came in was open and not packaged with any care.. absolutely disappointed, will not be using this business again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called today to ask if they had a product I wanted which they did, several in stock in fact I went in and picked it up and had Sue help me who was so knowledgeable and helpful and was showing me some awesome products that may help my little girl and making suggestions. The new shop is looking awesome and I’m excited to see what more awesome things you get in! As the range is already looking pretty good ?? Thanks for a great experience ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best customer service experience in a long time! Every time we head in to Baby on the Move Tauranga they are always so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased our carseat from them and they helped us set it up for our son and even installed it in our car for us. It takes the pressure off knowing our son is safe in his seat and its fitted to him! I cannot recommend this business enough as they are so accomodating!

I understand the store is under new ownership as of a few weeks ago.
