★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time click and collect customer. I was served by an absolute superstar with the nametag Tao. Although the long line would’ve been overwhelming considering she was there alone, she was so polite and helpful. Got my parcels in less than 5mins. Best customer service I’ve had at any Warehouse. 10/10 will be using click and collect again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer support. DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM WAREHOUSE. They say warranty to attract customers but don't get things repaired. I brought a Veon 75" TV from them in October 2021. Remote stopped working just in a month. Tried starting the TV using the power button, only to find it broken. Now it has been more then 2 months I am still trying to get them repair the TV but even after sending continous follow up emails, it is not repaired. Every time they say they are waiting for part. Instore say contact install and fix team. Install and fix team ask to contact the Teletech services and Teletech says they are waiting for part from Warehouse. For the last 2 months i have been ask to contact one or the other department and no one is actually doing anything to repair or replace the TV. ADVICE FOR OTHERS IS DON'T BUY ELECTRONICS FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY AND TIME.
