I've been buying stuff from the Warehouse Stationery for about 4 Years and I think they are a great bunch of people! Some are slightly nerdy (which I like and you need for the IT stuff they sell!) and they are all friendly and customer focused. I like how they are always straight and honest about their products and they are all a delight to deal with. Over the years we have bought stuff ranging from pens, stickers, through to Printing, Computers and associated hardware and other geeky stuff. I've never had anything to complain regarding their service or products, in fact they always go the extra mile. I'm just writing this today because I think they deserve credit. They always seem to be a great team!

Miles from the New Lynn branch is an absolute asset to the Warehouse Stationery group. I have been going to there for over 10 years and his knowledge and service has always exceptional. He is the kind of person I would want working for me in any business because his attitude and performance is outstanding. Well done Miles, you've managed to help me on many occasions when I have tried to print all sorts of things and your help did not go unnoticed.

Last week couldn't find any business locally to do a small specialised print shop task. But the team at The Warehouse New Lynn did it fast with a smile and at a really good price to match. 5 stars. Highly recommended!. ?. Rob D.

Disappointed with their customer service. As an account holder, the loopholes and poorly thought out ‘policies’ they have are very inconvenient and do not do much for ‘security’ as they state. If we request things for print, especially on an account, print the items prior to someone arriving as requested, not start once they get there. As a result of this, their lack of customer service and other inconveniences, we will not be continuing business with Warehouse Stationery.

My mum came in a few days ago as she needed to print a PDF that had been emailed to her. She asked the lady at print and copy to help her and the lady just said “follow these instructions” my mum tried but for some reason something wasn’t working for her. She told the lady at the desk that it wasn’t working and asked if she could help to which the lady replied “aw I’m sure you have a friend that could help you” and then walked off. This is not at all the correct way to handle a customer in need of help. Not everyone is tech savvy and knows how to do these things. It store was not busy either and the staff member was stood around with nothing to do. There’s no excuse! Staff should definitely be more helpful than this.

We went in to get school stationery and pick up a printing order today. I'd placed the printing order online in the morning and it was ready after just one hour. Great quality printing. The staff were also helpful and friendly. Really good prices for everything.

I went to warehouse stationery at Rata St. I went from scanning and printing my documents. So I had to wait for it brcause of long Queue. But the lady who was doing scanning and painting, was very Rude to me. As I asked for scanning documents. Separately and she heard something different may be because of Mask. So I told her that I want Separate scan copy not in one scan copy. So she acted like frustrated and was rude to me. I think, this is not appropriate behavior for customers. She has to learn how to serve customers. That's all I want to share. Thanks.

Went in to get some photos printed. Arrived at 9:45am and was told 10minutes. At 10am I asked for an update on time and they said 25 minutes. At 10:30 I asked how much longer and they said another 10mins. For 6 photos I waited an hour and 20 minutes in total. Would have been faster to drive to westgate branch to get them to do it. I will do this instead in the future. Staff were not understanding at all and quite rude by the end
