Open late (convenient); stocks just about everything; extremely reasonable in their pricing; never ever is there a problem when a customer return of goods is exercised; super cool, management & support staff team who are always a pleasure to deal with; close to home, supermarkets & other retail outlets.

โ โ โ โ โ Good service, reasonably clean and large range of affordable homeware, outdoor furniture, plants, appliances, kidsware and clothing products. Low to above medium quality. I advise buyers to always check receipts upon leaving because I have regularly been charged original prices opposed to current special prices and have had to get refunded.

THEY WILL BE OF ZERO HELP IF ANYTHING AT ALL GOES WRONG.
If I could give a negative star review I would.
Ordered an instock item on 18/4 so that my high risk father could avoid the supermarket.
Recieved no despatch notification. Tried to be patient but father ended up having to go to the supermarket anyway.
10 days after payment emailed them on their contact us page. Recieved an email response saying 3-5 days for response if urgent call number. Called and was on hold for 1 hour. Spoke to Jess who said 'OH no tracking so might not have been sent. I'll get someone to call or email.'
2 days later no update and faced with going to the supermarket again called back. Recording advised 30minute wait time, I thought cool, quicker than the other day....2 hours and 8 minutes later I finally get through, understandably stressed, worried about father, frustrated at waiting for so long... woman told me NOTHING AT ALL had been done based on my previous. couldn't overnight the item, couldn't promise same day or over night credit card refund so that we would have money to purchase an essential item elsewhere before running out, then threatened to hang up when I became distressed. Said would send out at the same time as person on FB messenger finally came back (also after 2 hours) to say the item was refunded. No idea if item is coming or not, refunded or not. No longer F'N care. Will think about going back at level 2 but will not buy anything that might possibly require any type of after sales customer support.

โ โ โ โ โ Another fabulous Red Shed, but this one has a special paint job or faded in the Kapiti coast sun to pink in colour. This is a large layout store with a vast range of inventory compared to other Red Sheds in the Wellington region. Much of this additional stock aligns to the beach lifestyle. Overall a good shopping experience.

โ โ โ โ โ A wonderfully laid-out store with lots of room and good stock offerings. Look for the 'reduced to clear' wooden crates about halfway into the shop, as there are some fantastic deals to be had.
