I can honestly say, I have never had a problem with online or over the phone buying or to hold something from their catalogues or specials seen on TV advertising Always willing to help or go just that little bit further to make sure all options have been exhausted. This is a great team at Briscoe's Pukekohe. It's always a pleasure when walking instore with greetings from its staff, the nice clean appearance & displays of their products & overall friendly atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Briscoes “sales” are a thing of the past. Yes, you might see a sign saying 70 percent off, but look at the pre- discounted price. I am sure they have gone around and put the prices of everything up before the so called sale. $170 for a frying pan? I don’t think so. This is not a specialty epicurean shop. Even with the discount, it’s more than the prices they used to sell them for by far.
I went in for a kettle I could put on a gas hob. They have about 30 electric kettles and no other types. Someone have a word to your buyers, they’re a bit thick.
