But the food menu is limited.
I chose the 2 for 1 price pizza (on a Tuesday). Both pizzas would be the worst I have ever tasted. And only the choice of 4 pizzas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service / forgot our starter had to ask when it was going to come out . My steak was cold so cold the garlic butter that was placed on top never melted just sat there. This is a prime example of the poor quality so called restaurants in NZ. I have eaten at many places throughout NZ 4 out 5 will be just like this one poorly managed with a lack of real interest from staff to please customers. I seems to be all about high prices and making as much money as possible without a care of good honest hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In terms of service, I cannot fault the waiter. He was polite, patient and efficient. However, the food was below mediocre. I got the Southern Fried Chicken and the batter was very floury with no flavour or seasoning. My friend had the muscles and again it was flavourless and 'meh'.
Apart from that, the restaurant is clean and a nice chilled place for lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly the most consistently bad service I've come across in a while. I used to be local to the area and came several times for lunch, and the surly wait staff became something of an inside joke with the people we went with.
Last night we went for a chilled out Valentine's Day dinner and were treated like an absolute inconvenience/intrusion by the woman who was looking after our table from the moment we walked in the door. The whole process of ordering was painful, and it took 30 mins to get our drinks orders and water for the table (which we had to ask for).
Seriously an unpleasant place. I don't demand all wait staff be grinning and fawning over customers, but a general level of politeness and warmth would be good to encourage.
