★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not authentic Japanese Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth was actually tasteless, noodles were overcooked and very disappointed especially for a $15.60. There is a choice of chicken or pork, the lady behind the counter keeps on pushing for chicken, so I got chicken. You get 4 thin sliced deep fried chicken pieces and they are cold. She also used the same chicken pieces on the sushi, a few minutes later another lady was after Ramen, again she pushed for the chicken. I'm guessing she wants to get rid of her already made stock in the kitchen? On a positive note, the place is clean and she is friendly.
