Seems like a nice set-up for a small theatre. I really enjoyed the play (it was The 39 Steps). There was free coffee, tea and homemade baked slices in the interval.

Really nice people. We had tea and cake included in the ticket price. My dad got pulled up on stage twice. Offers a buffet dinner on some nights :)

Lovely and cozy. Great friendly atmosphere. Knee blankets are a welcome addition. Lovely carrot cake and a cuppa in the break. Oh yes - and the play and the actors were excellent.

Just saw the last performance of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. It was great. What a talented lot they are. It is a very friendly theatre from being greeted at the door, to being shown to our seats. We'll definitely be coming along again.

Went to see "Assassins" play last Friday. Thoroughly enjoyed it! The musical 1st performed in 1990 though having a chequered start was revamped for today's audiences. The storyline followed the various Assassination attempts on US presidents, drawing out their reasoning for their attempts. With dark humour spiced lyrics! Well put together and presented by Theatre Hawke's Bay. I shall be keeping a close eye on their future productions. A great evening out. Light refreshments served at interval with a licensed bar open too. Seats a little firm. However blankets available if the weather in a little cool or to pad out the seat! Will definitely be going to this theatre again
