β β β β β Would not recommend this company, they overcharge they don't keep you informed a simple blockage 2 hours was recommended by the servicemen 2 weeks later finally get pump back and not upfront with hidden costs on call out fee they put it on your final Bill and then expect you to pay it, this company needs to learn how to be upfront honest and communicate with their customers better will not be going back there, has made me very ? dealing with them!!!

β β β β β Terrible service for garden irrigation: over-promises and under-delivers. Poor design and installation, completed very late; inadequate documentation. Slow to fix problems: requires repeated calls to get any action, and frequently does not turn up when arranged.

β β β β β Not good. If there was the option of zero stars thats what I would award. Why? On 3 occasions we have either had the owner visit our house or I have phoned in to be told " we will get someone to your place ( we live 3.5kms from the business) this afternoon". That was 3 weeks ago. Tried again last week. Same story.
When the owner called by (3 years ago) he was to get back to us the following week. Yeah right.
We have a relatively new home in St Kilda, Cambridge and what we were after was an irrigation system and more latterly, a comrehensive filter system.

β β β β β I can't speak highly enough of Think Water, their office staff went above and beyond to ensure I got the help I needed, including offering to talk me through installation by phone and also sending through sketches to help. Because of the location of my pipes I ended up using one of their installers who was amazing and got it all sorted. Very happy with my new water filter. Thank you Think Water!
