β β β β β Well run and very organized. You bring your docket to the counter, give them the number then wait in your car and the staff bring your tiles out and help you load the car.

Great range of tiles available, and they have very short wait times as they keep a lot of stock for their products so you can pick what you want and get it when you need it. Rather than having to wait for it ot be ordered in.

β β β β β I cant stand picking up good from THIS STORE!! Soooo dam slow wait for over an hour to get service. They ARE SOOOO SLOW. NEED STAFF that are efficient.
These guys are POOR.
THE OWNER IS BOSS GUY AND OTHER STORES AND STAFF ARE FANTASTIC BUT THIS STORE. be prepared to wait hours or find somewhere else that looks after u

β β β β β This is only pickup center. Bought tiles at outlet store and came here to pick up. Lady at the reception organised his boys to load up the tiles to my car with in 10min all done. Good service. But Only down side is they don't stock at the outlet store.
