★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After shopping around at other tile stores and being completely ignored by staff - we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely welcome and excellent customer service by Karam at Tile Max in Petone on Sunday. He was helpful, knowledgeable and took his time explaining our options. He couldn't do enough to make sure we had all the options presented to us, run us through their computer tile simulator and ensure we were comfortable buying our bathroom tiles. One of the managers was also at the store - she was super knowledgeable of all their products and helped get us some great deals which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back to buy our kitchen tiles from here!
