★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are good at realigning everything and releasing the tension, but I found out later after visiting a physio when my issues still weren't resolved that I actually had a muscle imbalance where my scapula stabilisers weren't firing and the front shoulder was overfiring. In my two visits to Titirangi osteo they didnt pick this up - well they did mention that my shoulders needed to come 'down and back', but prescribed stretches for the front and didn't have anything else to suggest when I went back a second time to say the stretches weren't working and that I was still in a lot of discomfort and pain. Physio prescribed exercises to reactivate and strengthen the scapula which has now resolved the problem. Maybe this is a limitation of osteo treatment in general? Otherwise they are good at what they do, just perhaps not for this specific type of issue.

I've always struggled with my neck giving me headaches regularly as well as it being so sensitive to gym workouts or sudden moveement, it's often affected. Mihailo fixes my neck (and the whole body) every time.
They don't just do a session, but give you exersices to do from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an uncomfortable experience here. With the Director, Suzee.
During my consult having asked the first necessary questions, I removed my t-shirt, so was already feeling a little vulnerable. But then to be asked "how old are you? Your 30? And married. Why don't you have children?". I was hugely embarrassed to have to explain myself to a complete stranger, and responded with a closed off answer. Something like "we've only just gotten married". I was deeply offened, also because it came from a woman!
I thought it was hugely unnecessary when I came in for muscle pain.
I continued the rest of the appointment and then cried in my car afterwards.

If you want great professionalism, skill, and knowledge, and a happy team then I highly recommend Titirangi Osteopathy. I was originally recommended Suzee by the Osteopathy School at Unitec Institute of Technology for her skill having been diagnosed incorrectly by other providers and putting up with pain for approx 1 year.....Suzee soon sorted it all out for me and I have always been grateful that she listened properly to what the issue was and set out the right treatment plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen Suzee regularly for over 3 years for issues involving my back, neck and jaw. Suzee is amazing, professional and it is always a pleasure to see her. She is able to provide treatment that is more effective than any one else that I have seen prior. Zita is as equally amazing as I saw her for a period of time while Suzee was away. Nothing but respect for these ladies who do an amazing job and really care about their patients. I would give them more stars if possible. Thanks again ladies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I delayed treatment of a strained shoulder because there was always a tomorrow activity that I had to do.
I couldn't pull seat belt when Mihalio was recommended. He diagnosed it as in soft tissue and worked deep, alleviating pain.
I used his exercises for several months through another self inflicted set back. It is coming right and I highly recommend Mihalio for any serious persistent pain from muscle strains.
