★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately Cotton On insists on using Toll as their courier service and they are the slowest and most unprofessional couriers operating. They mark packages attempted delivery when the driver runs out of time that day and turns around to go back to the depot, they don’t operate on Saturday unlike other courier companies or NZ Courier Post and they don’t update their tracking until after the event. I could drive to Auckland and pick up the items quicker, NZ isn’t a large country — your service is disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just watched the courier throw my delivery on the concrete ground, lucky my purchase survived as there were 4 glass mugs inside, not usually one to complain but this really made me mad ! I've just paid you for this service so expect better.
