The willingness to help, advice given and friendliness of all involved throughout the process was such a support to us in the extremely stressful time of shifting house, and having the container for the 5 weeks allowed us to pack for 2 weeks prior to settlement date and 3 weeks to unpack the container at our leisure - this suited our situation brilliantly. Our family thoroughly enjoyed watching the Elevate drivers load and unload the container. Amazing to watch their expertise. I can't highly recommend this team enough - we will be returning customers if ever needed again and will be recommending them to anyone we know who is shifting. Also, they were by far the best value for money.
Once again a special thank you to John for contacting us the minute we enquired online and guiding us throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond expectations in providing us with advice and service.

I was impressed with how he went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, including site visits. I would also recommend the Elevate Crane Truck Services. Hayden did a previsit to ensure the delivery was smooth, and Nate, their driver, was superb and had to use his problem-solving skills to get the container in the right spot.
