Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful Tom was available all the time for my and my questions in a short time memory.
I have to say that the Money I paid was very very little and I was surprised when I found out about the cost.

Our experience began with him sitting down with us and talking through the property process as well as the current realities of the property market. Based on our input (budget, ideal location), Tom provided ideas that fit our needs and what type of marketing we should aim. Tom spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different things we saw in each deal. We were very indecisive investors, so we definitely tested Tom’s knowledge about the property market and types of homes and strategies for selling and were never disappointed with his responses.
Most important to us, Tom was always honest with us about what he thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that he truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, he still cheerfully recommends contractors and other service providers when we contact him looking for suggestions as we complete work on our home.
In the future, when we decide to keep investing in property, we will definitely use Tom again to both sell our properties and find new ones.
