★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a service done with Toms, asked for a quote and to book in for some work to be done on the van for what they had found issues wise, I was never contacted so called back, I was told they had forgotten about it and apolosed, told me to follow up with them next week, called twice more over the next week following up and each time got fobbed off saying they were onto it, could hear them muttering at phone handover "that bloody thing", after multiple phone calls and waiting weeks I never heard back from them and took my business elsewhere that they were helpful and professional. Not impressed and a waste of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences I had in my life with them. They charged though they hasnt replace the part. The part Wasn't get changed and still denied that they did it... Took the car to get another opion they even got so suprice that how can they do it!!!!! They gave back my car with same problem without solving!!! They charged heaps as well. I would no recommend this place at all they are the worst garage in the Masterton.!!!!
