★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very helpful instore, but not always so good on the follow up. 2nd time I have had this experience. When dehumidifier packed up before the warranty. Got no feed back till I wenr instore. Now I need a filter for said dehumidifier still no feed back 5 days later. Went in today. Was helped by a very friendly lady this time. I hope she will respond by tomorrow afternoon as promised. Satisfied with products I have bought there: fridge, 2 dehumidifiers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible parking for disable people. Hard to park. There was more cars parked there for the workers next door at the shower place than customers in the shop.
Went in and there was 6 customers waiting and I saw only two staff members. Granted lunch time.
Did have great service from the person who served me. Great smile.
