โ โ โ โ โ Worst customer service I have ever gotten. Called to clarify order as it appears parts are missing, was spoken over numerous times, interrupted, then rudely told to email if I have a problem, only to then have the phone put down in my ear. Was told I am wasting their time!!!! What an absolute disgrace treating customers so badly!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER use them again. Treating anyone so rudely is never acceptable.

โ โ โ โ โ Great customer service from the team at TonerInk. I ordered my toner cartridge in the afternoon and it arrived the next day. Unfortunately the cartridge was defective, but no problems for the guys at TonerInk as they replaced the cartridge immediately and without any fuss. Can definitely recommend and will be using them again.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered on Tuesday afternoon and delivered to Levin on Wednesday afternoon. That's what I call service. Have just inserted the yellow cartridge and run a test print - it works just like the original cartridge - and so much cheaper..
