★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given the 5 star reviews, we tried Kiwi Office for the first time. On the 16/03/2021 placed and paid for an online order - mainly for as we'd run out of printer ink, but ordered extra items we wouldn't have otherwise bought. We hoped Kiwi Office would be as good as the Google reviews. However on the 29/03/2021 emailed and called to ask where the missing order was. Told that there's some sort IT issue in their online ordering system - where an order is locked in the website, and not seen or sent to Kiwi Office. Ok mistakes happen, but we're desp for the ink. Brent was lovely and said the order would be despatced the next day. However they didn't have one item in the colour ordered, yes happy to substiture another colour, but now the ink we ordered wouldn't be available until the first week of April. Ah ok, happy to wait for the ink, meantime go and buy interim ink from another supplier. Again didn't hear from Kiwi office first week of April re ink so contact them on 12/4/2021 as to where the ink is. This time told that things are held up with ports etc, but they've contacted another supplier and it's on it's way. While in a meeting on 15th of April, we get a very long winded call explaining that the ink they've sourced is going to cost a further $29.90! I'm like isn't the ink already on it's way? I ask the women to be clear about what she's asking me, and she says that the parcel can be intercepted, if the $29.90 difference isn't paid. I ask for a refund on the ink. So Kiwi Office add to the injury of missing the order by asking to charge more for ink? So they didn't have and couldn't supply the ink at the price they advertised? Sorry Kiwi Office not your best game, defo yellow carded! On the upside they refunded the cost of the ink on the 16/4/2021. But our first experience using Kiwi office, in hindsight our time and money was better spent elsewhere. We didn't get what we'd ordered, and were given the run around. Really should be leaving 1 star, but have upped it to 2 because they did (on the face of it) try to sort it out, but only when we contacted them.

If it's not in stock, it's shipped from the supplier directly. If it is in stock it's here within 24 hours usually (and if not its the courier, not Kiwi Office). Prices are excellent.
