β β β β β I order my toothpaste from this store all the time, the company is very prompt and processes my order almost immediately and I receive my parcel the next day (Auckland central). Can't fault their service so far.

β β β β β As poor quality service as one could ever experience. I took an expensive brush that needed repair out to them because that's where I bout it a year or so ago. I don't have an original invoice but know I am on the database because they email me regularly. Without an invoice they wouldn't look at the unit which aI suspect required a really simple fix. Rude and dismissive. They shouldn't be in business

β β β β β These two stars are based on all of my previous experiences of this company which were all flawless 5 star ones until this year, hoping management will think about how they can improve their systems or isolate that individual employee or bit of technology thats putting a spanner in the works? I ordered toothpaste and a bulk order of chewing gum 26/9/2019. After 13days i emailed them and said hey is that order coming? They then informed me that the toothpaste was out of stock and asked what flavour of gum do i want. I said ok please refund the paste and this kind of gum... its been a month and a half and still nothing. Theres just no follow up.

β β β β β I ordered a few specific toothbrushes (Curaprox) and I was very happy with the value for such a great product! Even though it took about a week to receive it, it was worth to wait. I can only recommend their online shop and I'll be returning customer. Thank you very much.

β β β β β I am from canada i tried to order online called Curasept mouthwash. I ordered sept 7 and i emailed their customer service sept 13 to follow up my order. Ashlee from toothshop said on her email that they cannot send liquid overseas. Well, if they cannot send it, why on their website allowed me to order and they charged my visa. Ashlee said i will get refund. Yes they refunded me but not full. They still owed me $9. This people are scam! Esp those people from canada please dont order to this company. They are stealing clients money. I dont have money to give to people for free. Plus its not my fault. You should change your website to block overseas order for liquid. For sure you have lot of people that you already victimized for this incident.
