★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was mortified with this salon, the woman completely ruined my hair what was suppose to be a touch up regrowth became a burning bright yellow disaster that just kept going yellower and yellower, I couldn't believe how she applied the colour, I couldn't believe what she had done to my hair, the damage to my hair now is unacceptable I have never seen a salon ever practice like this, this woman is a loose cannon . I would not recommend anyone get coloring at this salon. had me in tears. I should have known when the woman before me walked out of this salon in tears also. DONT DO IT!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with my hair cut at Top2Toe last Sunday. The lady is nice, polite and attention to detail. It is particularly good in value. I would recommend to do a booking rather walking-in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a booking, as soon as I stepped into the salon, the women working here said "oh my god, no perm, damaged hair". She did not even check at my hair (my hair in a bun) and decided I couldn't get my hair done. My hair was not damaged, but she just wanted me to leave the store. She embarrassed me Infront of other two customers. No customer service at all.
