★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to that shop many times, they are some good girls there, but I notice their attitude is good only when the boss is there, when she is having a day off, some of them becomes rude. I had a bad experience with one of them, she was deliberately rude. I will never step up there. When you give your money away you expect a good customer services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor customer service. There is a young girl there who is really rude mostly wearing black. She has no respect or friendly attitude toward customers. The other time, I asked to get my eyebrows bleached and once I looked in the mirror to check the results the other girl working there made them tinted, then the boss told me you need to come next time and ask for bleach again but she wanted me to pay the tinting price. I really do not like the work there and also the customer service. not recommended at all. don't waste your time and money.

The worst experience of my life today!!
If your’e the owner I want you to read this.
I’ve had an operation today for my arm, I wanted my eyebrows cleaned as I haven’t had them done for a while now.
I’m also in this profession and even if I’m crazy busy or quiet I give my best everytime to all my colleagues and customers. Today I walked in and this girl ( I don’t know her name) but she worked today. Skinny Indian girl with thick NICE eyebrows.
I always look at someone’s eyebrows when I get mine done cause I love to do what I do. I’ve worked for benefit in newmarket and know everything there is about eyebrows. I’m not boasting but expressing my love for it. And if someone is in this profession I’d expect my eyebrows to look good and the person to make me feel beautiful once I walk out. I walked in she told me to take a seat, said eyebrows? And that’s it. She started threading and I had to tell her to clean the upper sides and soon as she finished my right eyebrow she did my left one and I felt my right eyebrow also getting pulled. I paid my $8 and said thank you and no mirror was handed to me to have a look.
My skin wasn’t even cleansed before she began her job. I got to my car looked in the mirror and my right eyebrow was STUFFED! The straight line I had underneath became like a heart rate monitor line! I’m attaching a photo because I will never step foot in here again. She ruined my evening and my eyebrows. Yes I know they will grow back but it’s about giving the customer a great experience and also making her feel beautiful once she’s all tidied up. As I mentioned above I love what I do. She clearly doesn’t. That’s why today this has happened to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this place for eyebrow threading and waxing. Their waxing is affordable, it only cost me about 160 for full body waxing INCLUDING Brazilian! So I think that’s a great deal. It’s always clean and the staff are welcoming and comforting. I also highly recommend Jessy for waxing especially if it’s your first time, she is professional and knows what she is doing and she does it with speed so it doesn’t hurt as much. I have many other salons closer to my home but I choose to come here from how great it is!
