★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one sitting at reception, waited so long just to be told can’t do it. If someone sits at reception could have told me earlier then I wouldn’t have to sit there that long!!! Won’t be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in there on Friday afternoon hoping I could get my regrowth done. I didn’t make an appointment but I was hoping. I waited at the reception for 3 mins and there were two customers around but no staff. I hit the bell and finally a lady came and said they were sorting something at the back and a staff member name May was behind her, so said i didn’t make an appointment but I normally go to May so I asked May if she was free and she said yes, and the staff member in front of May gave me the evil and said “you still need to make an appointment “ do I still need to make an appointment if May was free right there and then? I wasn’t impressed with her attitude so I walked out. I’m a regular customer in your salon but now I go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first facial and I am amazed by the service. My face feels heaps lighter and relieved from plenty of rubbish. The lady was very thorough and seemed to be knowing what she's doing. She emptied some serious pimples and I left without any bleeding or discomfort, I left feeling relieved and 10 years younger :-) Thanks for the great service, see you in two weeks :-)
