★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to get my eye brows and mostach done. Wow I have never had someone do it so swiftly. Normally you obviously get the whole watery eyes red face outcome. But she did it so I didn't even feel it.. maybe just abit more shape next time. But obviously I did just walk in and didn't ask for anything specific. So my fault lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the bad experience with the salon on Friday when I was told by a staff member I needed to make an appointment when there was only two customers in the salon , and the lady that normally does my hair was free right there and then. I walked out and went to another salon. You lost a regular customer because of the attitude of the staff member and she gave me the evil and walked away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the pleasure of having Josephine at Top to Toe at Papakura work her magic on my hair. Got a layered cut and then a straighten and she knew what I wanted and made me feel comfortable. Such good customer service and even better service! Could not recommend Josephine and this hair salon enough - awesome work and am so happy with the service I received :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First experience in a beauty salon. The lady I had was lovely. Not much of a consultation given though, so make sure you know exactly what you want & let them know before you start. Would have loved more educational information around services given. Overall, I'm pretty happy and the price is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I went there for eye brow and full face threading after this lockdown. Expected a nice shape as my Eyebrow was all grown up. Not happy at all. I still can feel and see hair on my face when I washed my face at home on the same day. .Charge me $45.00 .Spoiled my Eyebrow. The person who was doing was full time panicking plus asked for a small mirror to see if there was still hair on my face . The room is dark eventhough the light. Can't see it properly poor lighting . Very poor service. Not going back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today and got my eyebrows done, when i got home and looked in the mirror with better lighting because the lighting there made the room look dark and hard to see in the mirror. I noticed the my skin under my brow was burnt from the wax and one of my eyebrows were shorter and smaller then the other, which left me in tears.
