★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had recently gotten my haircut and eyebrows done from here. The lady that did my hair didn't cut it straight and did a rough job. That same lady also did my eyebrows and didn't do a good job, she had burnt my skin underneath my eyebrow and now I have a wound not forgetting I my eyebrows aren't straight. Not going back there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional staff, third class salon in Auckland, staff don’t know how to communicate with customer, during service they continue talk in there personal phone, they don't know how to work at work place, they told to wait 10 minutes and call you after 1 hour of waiting. Never go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here for threading until she didnt follow how i explained to do my brows . My brows were not even after threading , went in for a Brazilian and that was the worst brazilian i have ever gotten from a professional!! She did not make any lips for a fast smooth rip , the brazilian is painful yes but i can bare the pain with the lady who did mine she pulled and picked at the wax slow and the rip technique wasnt comfortable!! In stead it was slow and light , she did not stretch the area to be waxed she just pulled it slowly !! It was not a clean wax i went home with alot of missed hair and a very swollen vaginal area . Ive never experienced such a rough brazilian since the day i started waxing ( make matters worse the waiting area could hear me telling her shes pulling it off slow and its painful the way she was waxing that area) i also went in for regrowth after 3weeks with very little hair to be waxed and i was charge $85 dollars for a bad experience. I bet it sweety herself was there to see how her staff operate she wouldnt be happy . Not to mention i had rang and booked for that appointment and when i arrived they were trying to tell me no i told them well thats why i rang before coming here so i dont have to wait yous agreed so i came . The 2 ladies who work there are rude, they talk in their language and ignore questions when you ask . I felt uncomfortable when getting my brazilian cause the lady was staring at my vagina like it was something she had never seen before . Worst service in papakura . Lashes i recieved from them were glued to my eyelid and not my lash burnt my skin around the eye area and the very next day the whole left eye of lashes literally fell off when i rang for them to fix it as it was 24hrs later i was told to pay for a new set . If these ladies aint qualified to apply eyelash Extensions they shouldnt be doing that service as they could damage the eye and natrual lashes . This salon use to be my go to but the ladies working here have no daaammmm clue on what they doing .

This is the only salon that I trust to properly deal with my eyebrows and beauty stuff…. Easy appointments, welcoming staff, and talented employees
