Didn't ship the entire order, then I had to argue with the company to show them with their own informative emails only one part shipped. They then wasted another 2 weeks looking to source only to say they couldn't and were going to refund me. It's been a month an no refund has been issued. Cannot say how frustrated I am and how much time I have wasted with emails to the customer support. Would not recommend using this company.

Have used it a few times since and it certainly does the job well

The Auckland branch contacted me Friday morning that my order had been packed and dispatched. Delivery Monday afternoon. The courier offloaded and put the large box into the garage.
My overall impression of Topmaq's quality of service is exceptional. Have informed my friends and colleagues of your service and to check you out before dealing with any other company selling similar products. Price also was exceptionally competitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The purchase of shelving was great, they hold max 600kg and are just fantastic for garage storage. But the service we got was lacking, we paid $65 for freight it took 2 weeks to turn up which required lots of follow up with TopMaQ, people not responding to emails or being really unhelpful and when it did it was damaged. This then led to another delay and we still haven’t had the old damaged product picked up because the delivery company won’t pick it up unless we’ve wrapped it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was surprised on the amount this unit will contain. It's not going take a week's worth of chilled items but will do an excellent job of chilling the essentials. Didn't take long to get to temperature. Would have been 5 stars if they hadn't been let down by the freight company.

Only issue I had was the need to order items separately rather than as a combo kit - the combo was online but "out of stock" when all of the individual parts were available. They were very helpful when I pointed this out.

Delivery was quick and the transporter delivered the unit in a good state with no damage to the packaging. Would recommend this supplier.
