It did not disappoint and we are extremely grateful to have them as our movers to relocate from Hobsonville, Auckland to Rolleston in Christchurch.
From the start to end, it has only been perfect and the movers on the day was super awesome to deal with and took care of our furniture like their own.
We never felt so reassured and made us feel like VIP clients at all times.

Tracy you are the most amazing human being we have ever come across. Despite our demanding requests, calls and emails you made sure we were taken care of. What surprised us the most is, you genuinely cared about us and knowing moving is such a stressful time, you really made sure everything was ok.
Tracy you are an asset to this company and hope to deal with you again in the future. We will be recommending to our friends and families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre-move quotes and comms excellent, Rav is particularly responsive and offers solutions/options. Items packed very well, and only 7 days from uplift to delivery one end of the country to another - during covid and interisland ferry disruptions. Good service, friendly people. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rav was very easy to deal with. She helped make our move as stressless as a move can be. We even had to change the date to start the packing and that was not a problem. Dee Jay was our head packer. For such a young one, he was very efficient and hard working. I would highly recommend NZ Movers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All round NZ Movers did a fantastic job. We moved from Auckland to Nelson in the middle of Covid. They had reduced staff and additional constraints all of which were beyond their control. Through it all they still remained professional and communicated well. Thanks for a job well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved from Auckland to Christchurch with NZ Movers. Had a list of items damaged or lost including furniture which was gouged, scratched and/or left with blue paint on it. Some items such as a floor lamp, hose reel and pedestal fan were not packaged and arrived in pieces. A painting, suitcase, box and part of my desk were simply missing. Insurance did not cover the damage adequately (only replacement for the missing items, and a minor $ contribution toward damaged items), so I’m left well out of pocket despite paying for insurance. Inquiries to the Christchurch branch were answered promptly, but the Auckland branch did not respond including when I sent an email saying that things had gone badly, and a request to check their warehouse for the missing items went unanswered. I deeply regret choosing NZ Movers and would not recommend them based on my experience. Photo sums up my move experience - mangled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think NZ Movers did their very best for us at a very difficult time. Rav was very professional and responsive and helped with all the paperwork required for our Australian move. The packers, especially Clive, did a great job and we were very impressed with the care they took over every article. The goods arrived yesterday and again we found Wes and his helper very helpful and cheerfully made sure our goods went where we wanted in some pretty difficult places. We would certainly recommend NZ Movers to anyone moving overseas. Thank You Ian and Galina Cameron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys who packed up our stuff were so lovely. By the time they had finished they felt like family. The truck driver and the crew who packed the truck were meticulous and everything arrived at our new address in excellent condition. The crew who unpacked the truck were very pleasant, professional and obliging. All round, it has been a very satisfactory experience. This is the fourth time we have used NZ Movers and they have not let us down.
