★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pulled in here early one morning in a hurry en route Waitoa to Hamilton. It was before opening time and they were busy getting ready, but they weren't bothered and got me on my way quickly. Friendly and helpful.

(I had brought the correct part to be installed) no one had installed the part I requested on the day I booked it in or even the next day So I asked owner if I can collect my vehicle and she expected me to tow it away with no tyre or the belt attached. I was shocked. I expect to drive it away in the same condition I dropped it off in. Will not be coming here again!! Do not recommend to anyone. Time wasters and liars. Do not tell a customer that their is a available appointment for a vehicle if you do not intend on fixing the vehicle at that time. Excuses like " we got busy" are not good enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to tordoff after being recommended by a family member due to having an accident on my way up from Wellington. I asked specifically for a wheel alignment and to check for any further damage to the wheels and the engine. I was assured that no other work needed to be done so I paid for the services and started my journey home. I had growing concerns the entire drive and have now taken my car to my regular mechanic who has said that i need a rebalancing and a safety check of the entire front wheel drive system. I'm very disappointed that tordoff did not take my safety concerns seriously and did not perform a thorough check of my vehicle. I will not be using their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad battery problems sorted quick smart today: After contacting State Roadside Rescue this morning, Mark from Tordoff Auto Services, Morrinsville came within 30 minutes and got me going again. A new, better battery was fitted at their premises in town and Mark made sure that I didn't loose any auto connectivity (2nd hand car, no radio code). We use Tordoff for all our vehicles. I can highly recommend them.
