★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be great service when in town, and spent a large amount over the years on bikes, skis etc. Have tried them multiple times since shifting and been disappointed every time.
Customer service is non existent, to the point it feels like you are causing a hassle if you bother them.
Wanted to spend significant money on a bike, wanted to arrange a quick test ride first, just around the road to test geo, which I was initially told they do, but don't have the frame size in stock. Told me it was coming, but aparrantly they can't call me to arrange it because "that's not how we do things". Spent money elsewhere the following week.
Another time had $500 of vouchers to spend, and with the attitude I got from the staff I was more tempted to bin them. Spent the vouchers and haven't been back since.
Good range of gear, but sort the service out guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given wrong information from staff member about gas bottle. As I had thought the staff member knew what he was talking about I got gas bottle filled before returning home. It was not the right fitting like I was lead to believe. no adapters anywhere to make it work. On trying to return the gas bottle was told from the lady working the counter no staff member would have given me the wrong advice.She didn't bother to ask the staff member I had pointed out to have given me the advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to replace one of the custom screws on my bike. While they didn't stock it they gave me all the details of the type of screw and sent me to blacks fasteners. Saved me a few days of shipping and a bit of cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend all staff go through some customer service training after my experience this weekend. Hard to access the tyres as boxes blocked the way, even after talking to staff they weren't interested in moving them.
Came home with some tyres eventually only to find 1 was incorrectly labeled the wrong size. Went to swap it over but was offered no solution other than buying a more expensive tyre that was in stock. I requested that 1 was ordered in only to be told I would be charged freight fee and I need to be a club member.
I refused to both and pretty much had to demand they order in the correct tyre since it was their mistake.
Made to feel like a total nuisance. Even picking up the new tyre was not a nice experience. Once again told I had to be a club member.
So much hassle, I will spend my money elsewhere in the future...... Amazing how many people I have spoken too over the week who have had similar experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor, The Female Manager is very rude, felt like we were being rushed in the store and then trying to push us out.
thats 3 times we've had this experience with this lady. - The young boys working there were more helpful and nice.
Wont be returning untill shes not there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are wonderfully helpful and friendly. Store is chokka with stock but tidy and well laid out. They don't sell fitness gear (weights etc) at this store, but you can order online for click and collect.

Bought a protein shaker from them on 18/05/2022. First the sales representative said they don’t have any l. Then told them it’s showing on website. Then they said oh yes we do have. While doing a purchase wanted a black colour one. Then lied again that they don’t have it in the stock. Told them again that it’s showing on website that it is available. They still said no
Then they sold a faulty white shaker. Went to them on 20/05/2022 to ask for refund. They denied and then they swapped the lid from other shaker and gave me back the other one. Came home and washed in a dish washer and then read that it is not a dishwasher safe while their website mentioned that it is a dishwasher safe. So got that ruined again. Moreover very arrogant & poor customer service. Never faced anything like that in Dunedin
