โ โ โ โ โ Variety of merchandise ok. Staff are more interested in talking to each other than doing their job. Got ignored, and then one of the staff members who wasn't doing anything told us to go to a different counter and the woman at that counter was chatting to another staff member whilst serving me and not once actually acknowledged me by either a hello or to announce the amount owed for the shoes.....just pushed the eftpos in front of me. Would recommend going next door to athletes foot which has much nicer and attentive staff.

โ โ โ โ โ Itโs really disappointing that the customer service of your company has gone to the worst.I did a complaint in 28th December regarding a price dispute at your Hamilton store.Other than the auto generated email nothing was happened.I seems like that the fixing customer on pricing may be your company policy.I will take this to the next level.
