About Us
We are a family team: Helen: the primary contact for all owners and tenants. She runs the office doing the paperwork, organising repairs and maintenance, completes inspections, tracks rent payments, creates owner rent statements and makes payments. And Langi: the licensed builder makes sure maintenance is completed in record time. He enjoys the variety and challenge that maintenance and small renovation work offer.
We have three rental properties of our own and were inspired to start our own business following poor experiences with property managers. They were spread too thin managing too many properties and our tenants and properties suffered. We love the contact with our tenants and property owners and are always looking for ways to improve our service.
