β β β β β In a nutshell: Promises kept to the letter.
Our first interaction with Total Solar was their excellent website that immediately allows calculation of an approximate price without the greasy sales pitch that we experienced from other providers.We live in a rural area and wanted a back-up for grid power in a power outage. After consultation with Pedro a quote was fixed, accepted, and an installation date set.
The team of 3 headed up by Hayden were on time, extremely courteous , totally professional, and worked way past normal trade hours. They even provided a couple of features that became apparent as desirable during installation. Their prime focus was to have a happy client whatever it took.
The installation itself is a work of art with panels installed to be not easily visible on approach and the system wiring carefully installed to be rectilinear. The 5Kw Victron system and 20Kw storage batteries take up surprisingly little room. We have tried it out with a simulated power failure with only slightly conservative appliance and fresh/waste water pump use on a slightly cloudy day with zero net storage drain over 4-5 hours. WOW!
There were no add-on costs and the quote was honoured.
This highly professional boutique provider comes with our highest recommendation.

I called heaps of companies but within a few min I knew this company was the one. pedro, gus, hayden and Marc will take care of you and go over everything in detail. with every step they wanted my input and made me feel super comfortable with the whole process . they even came back early from their holiday to set up my system quicker. the prices are crazy cheap too almost Half of other companies but the service and quality is not compromised at all. 5/5 and ill be getting more work done with them soon

They were also very competitive when it came to pricing without skimping on quality.
Although I was based outside of Auckland, they were still able to accommodate me.

Both guys were so amazing, they supported us in panel installation, wiring, etc. as we did it on our own. Easy to contact them in times we need help. Big fan to recommend Total Solar to others.
