“Future Energy were professional in all aspects from start to finish and very responsive to all questions and queries unlike the 5 other companies I contacted at the time. We initially meet at the head office, sat down had a beer and discussed the install plan for a ducted system for our brand new house. Come the day of install they guys were in and out within about 5 hours and fully cleaned up after themselves. I have now employed Future Energy to reinstall a couple of old units and install a couple of new units at my work place too, I would 100% recommend anyone to use them for all your aircon needs.”

We had a few bumps on the way but the issues were quickly addressed by their team. The team who installed the system went the extra mile to make sure we had the installation done as soon as possible, they even came here on a Saturday to make sure every part was working as it should. I also need to mention that our roof space was a bit limited but Future Energy technicians found a great solution for us. Thank you!

I was impressed with the aesthetic finish and the solutions the install team on the day suggested to get around some of our hurdles. The installation was very tidy, the unit was tested and worked well before the team vacuumed and left. Will be purchasing more AC units for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having had a few companies around to offer a solution for a very hot upstairs to our home, we went with Future Energy, as they offered a ducted solution that was going to satisfy the cooling issue, as well as heating in the winter. The solution also meant we did not have heat pumps on the wall (in loft) as well as no untidy pipework outdoors on the roof. The positioning of the unit outdoors was also placed tidily behind the shed. When the team turned up they hit a few snags but they kept me informed and worked there way through things and we were super happy with the outcome. The cooling of upstairs is incredible and really happy with what they have provided. very professional outfit and would highly recommend.

I contacted Future Energy via their contact form and got a callback that same day. A site visit occurred with Sean within a week with a quote provided on the spot. After accepting the quote the installation was performed within 3 weeks.
The installation team of Joey and Ravi called to confirm they were on their way, arrived on time, introduced themselves, confirmed what they were going to do, and did a very tidy and seamless installation finishing off with a performance test and explanation of how to use the system.
Following the installation I received a call from Joy to check everything was running okay, see if I had any questions, and to get feedback on my experience. Overall the whole process was smooth, stress-free and a positive experience.

These guys were absolute professionals, advising us frankly on the best solution and the back office were also excellent communicating and arranging the visits to site. Their team leader was great to deal with and the installation team was brilliant - did a cracking job and the product works perfectly. They managed around us while we were all at home and did a great job of cleaning up as they went. Highly recommend this company.
