★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I conversed with a group of people walking their dogs. The interesting part was not only the breed of the dogs but that they were training the dogs to accept the people like myself who showed interest in them. They also were taught to accept the other dogs in the group. These people have freely given their time to ensure the future and safety of the dogs. It is amazing what you come across in this Down Town Area. Pete.

Relaxed atmosphere, with lots of places to grab a drink, something to eat, or sit enjoy the views of the boats, harbour, hills and of course the new art gallery. Stroll onto toe children playground and Hatea Loop. Lots of parking, mobility parks and public toilets. Even a gass BBQ by the play ground.
